Gallery install
I’ve reinstalled my gallery using the release candidate version of Gallery3 , the new major version from the utterly wonderful Gallery team. Forget Picassa and Flickr, if you’re into image management and hosting nothing beats Gallery.
The irvken gallery goes down every 6 months or so as I have an unenvious supply of maintenance accidents with the server but when I get round to reinstalling and rebuilding the documentation and software functionality has improved every time. Gallery3 is no exception it took 30 seconds to install on a running webserver.
Gallery 3 is not yet as feature rich as Gallery2 but looks like a large development community flocking around it.
I’ve put a couple of days of photos up from the Capital Ring, which I hope to have more news on soon.
